The Epic Application Analyst, Bridges Interface is the primary point of contact for the interfaces they are responsible for implementing and supporting. This role includes configuring and maintaining interfaces used for migrating application builds between environments via the Data Courier application. The analyst will lead analysis sessions to determine interface business requirements, develop technical designs, and manage issue resolution. They will collaborate closely with the interface project manager, application teams, and technical teams to ensure interfaces meet end-user needs.

Required Skills:

Required Experience:
Epic Application Analyst I, Bridges Interface
Required:
– Bachelor’s degree or clinical license/certification
– 7+ years of experience
Preferred:
– Certification, experience, or proficiency in Epic modules such as Ambulatory EHR, Bones Orthopaedics, Kaleidoscope Ophthalmology, Urgent Care, and Epic Care Link
– Familiarity with PIH Health clinical workflows
– Experience in an ambulatory clinic setting
Epic Application Analyst II, Bridges Interface
Required:
– Bachelor’s degree
– 3–7 years of experience
– A minimum of 4 years of experience may substitute for the degree
– Experience with interface engines
Preferred:
– Certification, experience, or proficiency in Epic Bridges Interface and Data Courier modules
Epic Application Analyst III, Bridges Interface
Required:
– Bachelor’s degree
– 7+ years of experience
– Experience with interface engines
Preferred:
– Certification, experience, or proficiency in Epic Bridges Interface and Data Courier modules
