What’s the role?

We’re hiring a Project Specialist with a strong focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility (ESG). You’ll support and manage various initiatives, particularly ESG-related projects, helping us meet our environmental and social goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Fintech sector and work closely with our Regulatory Project Manager.

What will you do?

– Assist the Regulatory Project Manager in planning and executing projects.
– Lead ESG initiatives and develop sustainability strategies.
– Coordinate with internal and external teams to align efforts and meet goals.
– Track and report on project progress, especially ESG efforts.
– Conduct environmental and social impact assessments.
– Stay informed on ESG trends and best practices.
– Create reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

What skills are required?

– Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
– At least 3 years of project management experience, with a focus on ESG or sustainability.
– Background in the Fintech industry.
– Strong understanding of ESG regulations and standards.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
– Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
– Able to work independently and collaboratively.
