We’re hiring an Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing Client Success team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and eager to gain hands-on experience in project management and client relations. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will:

– Support new clients as they begin their journey with Luxury Presence
– Coordinate and schedule client meetings to ensure a smooth onboarding process
– Share project timelines and next steps with clients and internal teams
– Collect necessary client materials and ensure timely submission of all assets
– Monitor project progress and keep clients updated throughout onboarding
– Collaborate closely with Onboarding Specialists to ensure a seamless transition to their new website and marketing tools

Salary: $43,000 – $50,000 per year
