As an Outbound Logistics Specialist in Europe, you’ll support daily outbound shipments with our partners in the UK and EU. You’ll collaborate with various teams to enhance performance and reduce costs, gather feedback, and assist in resolving issues.

How You’ll Succeed in This Role:

– Coordinate daily outbound shipments with UK and EU carrier partners.
– Monitor and help reduce carrier surcharges by identifying recurring issues and working with the team to address them.
– Use tools like Excel and Linnworks to track delivery trends and performance.
– Partner with the warehouse team to ensure timely order pickups and quickly escalate any problems.
– Collect feedback on new systems or tools (such as a Transport Management System) and work with the outbound team to improve carrier efficiency and reduce costs.

Helpful Experience for This Role:

– 1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations.
– Knowledge of UK and/or EU parcel carriers (e.g., DPD, Evri, DHL, Parcelforce, GLS).
– Comfortable handling shipping documents, rate cards, and tracking tools, with strong attention to detail when analyzing data or delivery issues.
– Ability to identify and resolve performance issues with carriers through root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
– A collaborative mindset, reliability in completing tasks independently, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Proven success in improving outbound logistics processes.
– Experience managing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
– Background in project management, including process development and timeline planning.
