As a Generalist, you’ll help develop and assess AI systems across multiple fields—contributing to the testing, refinement, and enhancement of how advanced models interpret and reason through real-world tasks.
1. Key Responsibilities
– Review AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance to real-world logic.
– Provide written evaluations and structured feedback on model performance.
– Highlight conceptual, logical, and stylistic strengths and weaknesses in AI outputs.
– Work asynchronously with the partner’s research and operations teams to ensure consistent quality in evaluations.
– Apply strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and consistent evaluation standards.
2. Ideal Qualifications
– Excellent command of English and strong writing skills.
– Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle mistakes or inconsistencies.
– Strong analytical and critical thinking across a variety of subjects.
– No specific degree required—curiosity, clarity, and reasoning ability are most important.
