We are looking for enthusiastic, service-focused Customer Service Specialists for several shifts within our Call Center Operations team. These full-time, work-from-home roles involve daily interaction with customers, making our Specialists the voice of HONK. The job requires quick thinking, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where strong contributors are recognized.

This posting is specifically for a 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Eastern Time shift. Current full-time scheduling options include having Mondays and Tuesdays off, Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, or Wednesdays and Thursdays off.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers by phone
• Understand HONK’s value, processes, and growth opportunities, and explain them clearly when needed
• Use HONK’s proprietary technology to connect members with our national partner network
• Take calls to assist customers with placing orders and completing services
• Assess customer needs, build rapport, and deliver immediate, tailored solutions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and meeting service timelines
• Think creatively to resolve any customer issues with exceptional service

Preferred Experience:
• Background in a customer-facing role handling phone-based issue resolution
• Ability to calmly and professionally engage customers, understand their concerns, and deliver outstanding solutions
• Comfortable managing very high call volumes while staying composed
• Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to finding customer solutions
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

Additional Requirements:
• A private, distraction-free workspace where confidential information can be protected
• Internet service with at least 5 Mbps download and 2.5 Mbps upload speeds
• Prior work-from-home experience and equipment suited for remote work are preferred

Pay rate: $14–$16 per hour
