The Event Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and execution of company-hosted events, trade shows, and conferences across the AMER and EMEA regions. This position involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and maximize event effectiveness. Reporting to the Event Marketing Manager, the coordinator will contribute to event logistics, planning, execution, and performance tracking to help drive business growth and enhance Sensor Tower’s brand visibility. Occasional travel is required.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with the Event Marketing Manager to develop event strategies and align them with business and marketing objectives.
– Support the organization and execution of company-hosted events (e.g., summits, happy hours, dinners, workshops), trade shows, and conferences.
– Coordinate logistics and communication for partner events, including team readiness, marketing materials, and operational details.
– Assist in planning virtual events like webinars to reach wider audiences.
– Work with sales teams to identify key events that support business development goals.
– Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
– Manage vendor relationships and maintain consistent communication.
– Partner with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive event attendance and engagement.
– Analyze post-event data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
– Ensure high attendee satisfaction through detailed planning and flawless execution.
– Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align messaging and event objectives.
– Schedule and manage event staff and volunteers, offering clear guidance and support.
– Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging digital and print materials that boost registrations and brand awareness.
– Oversee event timelines and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
– Maintain detailed planning documents, including spreadsheets, decks, copy, lead trackers, and other essential resources, in partnership with the Event Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

– 1–3 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in B2B environments.
– Proven ability to manage a variety of event types, from large-scale conferences to smaller gatherings.
– Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple events at once.
– Understanding of core marketing principles such as messaging, branding, and product marketing.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Strong negotiation skills and experience working with vendors.
– Willingness to travel up to 25% across AMER and EMEA to support events.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in the mobile or digital advertising industry.
– Background in working with remote or distributed teams.
– Experience building and managing partnerships.
– Experience hosting virtual events.
– Familiarity with event management and reporting tools such as Splash, Marketo, Salesforce, and Popl.
