Primary Duties:

1. Organize, manage, and carry out events, conferences, and meetings.
2. Create and oversee budgets, schedules, and vendor agreements for events.
3. Work closely with teams across departments, including marketing, communications, and senior leadership.
4. Handle event logistics such as choosing venues, arranging catering, and securing audiovisual needs.
5. Design and execute marketing plans to boost event participation and engagement.
6. Oversee event registration, ticketing, and communication with attendees.
7. Perform site inspections and manage event setup and breakdown.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a similar discipline.
2. A master’s degree is a plus.
3. At least three years of experience in event coordination or a related area.
4. Relevant professional certifications like CMP or CMM.
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills.
6. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
7. Skilled in using event planning platforms such as Eventbrite or Bizzabo.
