EVM Analyst / Scheduler – Active Secret Clearance Required
This position can be remote or partially onsite at various locations nationwide.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare, review, and present financial reports and documentation for both the program and the client.
– Define and manage work scope, budget, and schedule to support baseline and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development.
– Use Microsoft Excel to generate, analyze, and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, providing data analysis as needed.
– Perform administrative and analytical tasks to support the financial operations of the task order.
– Analyze, maintain, and reconcile financial records, including cost accounting, charging, and funding issues using Microsoft Excel.
– Support internal reviews by providing data, recommending corrective actions, and assisting with reconciliation efforts.
– Maintain all program-related documentation.
– Ensure documentation aligns with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements and provide necessary support.
– Collaborate closely with task order managers to ensure compliance.
– Conduct scheduling tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma (or GED) with 8 years of general experience; or
– Associate degree with 6 years of general experience; or
– Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of general experience; or
– Master’s degree with 2 years of general experience.
– Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in financial management and/or Earned Value Management.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
– Must possess or be able to obtain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience with DCAA/DCMA.
– Background in cost analysis or business/data analytics.
