We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
In this role, you will manage a dynamic schedule, arrange travel and meetings, create professional documents and presentations, attend selected meetings to provide feedback and follow-ups, and serve as the main point of contact for the CCO with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality, ensure projects stay on track, and anticipate needs in advance.
This is a fully remote, UK-based role offered as a 7-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
The position requires a 37.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the CCO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and communications across global operations.
– Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials under tight deadlines.
– Attend select meetings and provide summaries, insights, and action items.
– Organize meetings, events, and communications with stakeholders.
– Monitor deadlines, follow up on key priorities, and ensure progress on initiatives.
– Build strong internal relationships to support the CCO’s objectives.
Requirements:
– Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior support role is preferred.
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
– Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools is a plus.
