Bloom is a full-service workplace design consultancy, proudly partnering with Poppy & Peonies to help them find an Executive Assistant to join their vibrant team. As your Talent Advisors, we act as the link between you and our partner throughout the hiring journey. At Bloom, every application is reviewed by a real person—never by automated systems—to ensure a fair and thoughtful recruitment process. If selected, you’ll be hired directly by Poppy & Peonies as a valued team member. We look forward to reviewing your application! Please note that we will be accepting applications over the holiday season. Thank you for your interest and patience.

Hello! I’m Natalie Dusome, Founder and CEO of Poppy & Peonies—a lively and passionate brand that believes style and functionality should go hand in hand. We’re all about creating practical, stylish pieces that make everyday life easier—literally lightening the load.

The idea for Poppy & Peonies began when my daughter Poppy was born. I realized that my old accessories no longer suited my new life as a mom. I needed stylish bags with pockets and organization—and when I couldn’t find them, I decided to create them. That’s how Poppy & Peonies came to life in 2015.

In just five years, we’ve grown from packing orders in my basement to appearing on Dragons’ Den, expanding into new product lines, and collaborating with amazing influencers and brands. It hasn’t always been easy, but thanks to our incredible community, we’ve felt nothing but love and support.

We’re deeply committed to sustainability and caring for the planet and its animals. All our bags are made from premium vegan leather, and our entire product line is vegan, cruelty-free, and PETA-approved. We ship plastic-free and use recycled, compostable, and biodegradable materials to reduce waste. We’re always exploring new ways to make our products and supply chain more eco-friendly and reduce our carbon footprint.

About the Role

As Natalie’s Executive Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in helping her stay focused on growing the business while managing her daily responsibilities.

Is this you?

Do you enjoy bringing structure to chaos and making someone’s day run more smoothly behind the scenes?

Are you energized by managing details, juggling priorities, and ensuring nothing gets missed?

Are you the go-to problem solver—whether it’s coordinating a last-minute trip or supporting a big event?

If you’re nodding yes, we’d love to hear from you!
