Reporting to the Chief Creative & Innovation Officer, this role will be a key partner across our creative, content, and experience divisions.

What You’ll Do:
Creative Leadership
– Define and elevate creative direction across all platforms, shaping storytelling, visual identity, and user experience.
– Explore new creative frontiers using tools like AI, 3D, and virtual production.
– Lead and motivate creative teams to uphold the highest levels of originality and execution.
Platform & Experience Integration
– Rethink how digital and physical media intersect to create iconic brand moments.
– Evolve content formats to enhance commerce, deepen audience engagement, and introduce new ways to participate.
– Design experiences that balance editorial quality with user experience, performance, and innovation.
Team & Culture Development
– Lead a multidisciplinary creative team and foster a high-performing, ego-free culture.
– Mentor emerging leaders and align creative efforts with business objectives.
– Build agile systems and workflows that support speed, accuracy, and creative focus.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Connect content, commerce, and marketing teams to ensure creative excellence throughout the organization.

Salary Range: $275,000 – $325,000 annually
This range includes base salary and commission. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, and performance. This is just one part of Complex’s comprehensive Total Rewards package.
