ABOUT YOU
We’re seeking a Performance Coach who is insightful, empathetic, and strategic to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative, and ever-evolving environment and is passionate about enhancing mental performance, resilience, and decision-making for executives and high-performing teams.

You should bring strong psychological expertise, coaching experience, and excellent communication skills, along with a background in performance psychology, clinical or executive coaching, and working with high-pressure professionals. Success in this role requires balancing psychological safety with performance goals, offering confidential one-on-one support, and responding effectively during times of stress or crisis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Provide confidential one-on-one coaching and psychological support to selected employees and executives
– Enhance mental clarity, performance, and decision-making under stress
– Offer discreet and effective support during crises, emotional challenges, or burnout
– Foster a resilient, high-performing culture through tailored development strategies
– Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Business Development and executive leadership
– Evaluate team performance and organizational dynamics; support hiring and internal transitions using psychological insights and data
– Balance company goals with employee well-being and confidentiality

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

– Doctorate in Psychology, Psychiatry, or a related neuroscience field required
– Minimum of 5 years in performance psychology or executive coaching, preferably in finance, tech, or law
– Proven experience supporting high-performing teams in demanding environments
– Exceptional discretion, judgment, and emotional intelligence
– Ability to remain calm, focused, and compassionate in high-stress or emotionally charged situations
– Experience working with sales or business development leaders
– Familiarity with startup or high-growth tech environments
– Strong knowledge of organizational psychology and behavioral science

COMPENSATION
$225,000 – $325,000 per year
Includes base salary and bonus. Actual compensation depends on experience and location.
