We’re https://www.chargeback.io, a fast-paced startup dedicated to helping online businesses safeguard their revenue by preventing chargebacks. We’re currently seeking a seasoned Account Manager to represent our brand.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers feel supported, that the platform functions smoothly for them, and that any issues are resolved promptly.

Referrals are our biggest source of growth—and you’ll be the key to driving them.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Serve as the main point of contact for customers from the start
– Deliver onboarding and ongoing support through chat, email, phone, and video
– Troubleshoot common platform issues and escalate when necessary
– Build lasting, trust-based relationships—many of our clients stay with us for years
– Understand client challenges and proactively enhance their experience

This role is about building relationships, not just handling transactions. We’re looking for someone who thrives on creating meaningful client connections and enjoys making customers feel heard, supported, and appreciated—even when things get tough.

What We’re Looking For

– 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or fintech account management
– Fluent in both spoken and written English
– Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking
– Excellent communication skills—clear, empathetic, and confident
– Self-motivated and accountable—you’ll have the autonomy to lead and the responsibility to deliver

You’ll be part of a small, agile team, working independently and remotely, with a direct impact on our clients’ success and growth.
