Job Overview

In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of new service level agreements (SLAs) and help strengthen our support infrastructure.

About You
You have a proven history of resolving complex customer issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
You bring over five years of experience in customer support or success roles, ideally within a tech startup or SaaS company.
You’ll work remotely and should be available during U.S. time zones, specifically between 9 AM and 5 PM EST.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish or Russian is a plus.

Technical Skills
You are either experienced with or capable of quickly learning tools like Intercom and Slack.

You excel in both written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional support to customers through phone, email, live chat, and messaging apps using an omnichannel platform (Intercom).
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver comprehensive support.
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay updated and improve your skills.
