The Koch Internship Program (KIP) is a paid, 10-week hands-on learning opportunity offered by Stand Together Fellowships. It provides valuable work experience at nonprofit organizations across the U.S. that are addressing some of the country’s most significant challenges. During the internship, participants engage in weekly virtual professional development sessions every Thursday from 1–5 p.m. ET, where they receive mentorship from experienced professionals and work on a capstone project focused on a topic of personal importance. Interns receive a stipend of either $5,500 for full-time (40 hours/week) or $3,300 for part-time (28 hours/week) participation.

Applicants who advance in the process will interview with both Stand Together Fellowships staff and the nonprofit host organizations, so early applications are encouraged.
