What You’ll Do:
As VP Finance, you’ll serve as a key strategic partner to the Group CEO and local General Managers, driving financial performance and supporting sustainable growth across our international operations.

Strategic Leadership
– Collaborate with the CEO and GMs on impactful strategic initiatives
– Identify ways to enhance business performance and efficiency
– Lead risk management to protect the company and its subsidiaries

Financial Management & Planning
– Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across all entities
– Manage cash flow, tax planning, and regulatory compliance
– Handle investor relations and deliver clear, persuasive financial updates

Accounting & Controls
– Supervise group-wide accounting and work with external accounting partners
– Establish and maintain strong internal control systems
– Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance

Fleetch Growth & Fundraising
– Expand Fleetch’s vehicle financing through new debt fundraising efforts
– Lead the entire fundraising process, from sourcing leads to negotiating terms and managing due diligence
– Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders

Team Development
– Lead and mentor a growing finance team (currently 10 members)
– Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning

Who You Are:
– Previous experience as a CFO or in a similar role with a proven track record of scaling organizations (especially in tech startups and international settings)
– Marketplace experience is a plus
– Strong skills in debt structuring
– Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools
– Solid accounting and financial analysis abilities
– Creative, self-motivated, and independent
– Results-oriented and eager to collaborate with leadership to achieve financial goals
– Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a bonus
