About the Role:
Minted is a design marketplace that sources creative work from independent artists worldwide and offers top designs as art, home decor, and stationery. We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for the holiday season to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

CSRs use their communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers via phone, email, and live chat. Reporting to a Customer Service Team Supervisor, CSRs must be tech-savvy and have strong written and verbal communication skills. They are patient, empathetic, and dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience. Our support team operates seven days a week, and candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends. Work hours and schedules vary.

Responsibilities:

– Deliver excellent customer service through live chat, email, and phone
– Respond to customer questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally
– Assist customers with product information, promotions, order processing, and design customization
– Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system while following internal guidelines
– Use support tools and training resources to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Share feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience with leadership
– Meet quality and productivity performance goals

Qualifications:

– Skilled at resolving customer issues and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
– Quick to learn new processes, procedures, and products
– Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
– Proficient with customer service tools and systems
– Able to consistently meet a flexible work schedule, including weekends, and follow attendance policies

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably with a premium brand
– At least 1 year of experience building customer relationships and resolving complaints
– At least 1 year of experience identifying and solving customer problems, collaborating with teams, and improving satisfaction
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
– Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus

Compensation:

Minted offers salaries within a defined range to allow for growth over time. The upper end of the range supports long-term career development and retention.

– Salary Range 2 (CO, IL, NJ, OR, TX, VA, WA): $17.65/hour
– Salary Range 3 (AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NV, OK, TN, UT, WI): $16.19/hour
