The Analyst/Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a key role in producing timely and accurate financial reports, consolidating actuals and forecasts across the company, and supporting financial analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, excels in financial modeling, and communicates effectively across departments. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of FP&A and works closely with Accounting, Operations, and other functional leaders.

What You’ll Do:
Reporting & Analysis:
– Help prepare and distribute recurring financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.
– Conduct variance analysis comparing budget, forecast, and historical data.
– Assist in creating executive dashboards and presentations.
Forecasting & Consolidation:
– Support the consolidation of actuals and development of short- and long-term forecasts in collaboration with revenue operations and business unit leaders.
– Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various sources.
– Help build and maintain forecasting models for rolling forecasts and scenario planning.
Business Partnering:
– Work with FP&A, Accounting, and Revenue Operations teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and align financial data.
– Conduct ad-hoc analysis and financial modeling to support strategic decisions.
Process Improvement:
– Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team and other stakeholders to automate and enhance reporting processes.
– Standardize and document financial processes where applicable.
What You Bring:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
– 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles.
– Experience in a multi-entity or global organization, ideally in SaaS.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
– Familiarity with Netsuite and Salesforce is a plus.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Self-motivated with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
– Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
– Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
– CPA or CFA designation (or in progress) is a plus.
