Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior ERPNext Developer to join our fast-growing team. This remote position is ideal for someone passionate about designing scalable, tailored ERP systems using the Frappe Framework.

Candidates should ideally hold both Frappe Certified Developer and Consultant credentials, with a strong history of successful ERPNext deployments in real-world settings.

Responsibilities

– Oversee complete ERPNext implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
– Design and customize ERPNext modules using Frappe, Python, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
– Build and integrate custom apps and third-party services via REST APIs.
– Lead business process workshops and translate findings into technical specifications.
– Handle system configuration, data migration, and testing to ensure system reliability.
– Advise clients on ERPNext best practices and process improvements.
– Maintain customizations during version upgrades of ERPNext and Frappe.
– Diagnose and resolve complex issues in both production and test environments.
– Mentor junior developers through structured training, workshops, and code reviews.
– Enhance development practices, coding standards, and documentation.
– Stay updated on ERPNext and Frappe advancements and share knowledge within the team.

Required Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
– 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Frappe Framework in production environments.
– Must be a Frappe Certified Developer; Frappe Certified Consultant is a plus.
– Proficient in Python and JavaScript.
– Deep understanding of Frappe components like DocTypes, Workflows, APIs, and Hooks.
– Skilled in HTML, CSS, jQuery, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js or React).
– Strong knowledge of SQL/MariaDB and database design.
– Demonstrated experience customizing ERPNext and integrating with external tools and payment gateways.
– Familiarity with core ERPNext modules: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM.
– Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
– Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
– Capable of working independently and managing multiple remote projects.

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience with cloud services like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Azure.
– Basic server administration skills (Ubuntu, Nginx, Apache).
– Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools.
– Contributions to open-source Frappe/ERPNext projects.
