About the Program:
Each year, we select two remote UX apprentices from anywhere in the world to join our 7-month program, offered either in the fall, spring, or online. During the program, apprentices go through the complete UX design and research process, working on a startup idea of their choice to help them stand out to hiring managers in that field or industry.
The program is free, and participants receive one-on-one mentorship throughout the 7 months. Graduates of the program typically go on to earn between $85,000 and $130,000 in roles such as UX design, product design, UX research, or service design.
Our mission is to support women, immigrants, people of color, and LGBTQ individuals in breaking into the tech industry and securing six-figure UX roles. We’re committed to helping you land a high-paying UX job or coaching you until you do.
