What we are looking for:
• Strong skills in HTML and JavaScript, especially for landing page development
• Basic knowledge of core engineering principles and a desire to grow
• Familiarity with engineering best practices such as testing, source control, and agile methods
• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn from mistakes
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work
• Ability to follow guidance from senior engineers and respond well to feedback
• A solid foundation in engineering practices and an interest in advancing landing page expertise

What you’ll be doing:
• Work on a small team that includes developers, a project manager, QA staff, and a designer
• Participate in two-week sprints, sprint retrospectives, and daily standups
• Help with project estimates and communicate with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email
• Use modern tools such as Jira, Slack, GitHub, and Google Docs
• Join a community of developers who share knowledge and support one another
• Follow Bluelight’s established development process
