The Benefits Analyst is a key contributor to the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic direction of our global benefits programs. This role involves administering, analyzing, and reporting on benefits across various regions, with a strong focus on data accuracy, financial forecasting, and ongoing process improvements. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

What You’ll Do
– Analyze how benefits are used, track cost trends, and evaluate vendor performance to find ways to improve programs and reduce costs
– Assist with plan renewals, benchmarking, and modeling plan designs in collaboration with brokers and global vendors
– Support financial reporting and monitor benefits spending, including monthly budget tracking and managing purchase orders
– Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to improve benefits processes and enhance the employee experience
– Maintain accurate data exchange between HRIS systems and vendors
– Manage benefits budget tracking and forecasting, including vendor costs and cost-per-employee metrics
– Support financial reporting, accruals, and audits related to benefits
– Handle daily operations of global benefits programs including health, retirement, leave, and wellness
– Coordinate payroll updates for retroactive enrollments or leave-related payments
– Ensure job and demographic data is consistent for eligibility and accurate vendor billing
– Oversee purchase orders and vendor contract renewals
– Work with HRIS and Finance to align data and resolve discrepancies
What You’ll Bring
– 2–3 years of experience in benefits administration, analysis, or people operations
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
– Experience with HRIS systems and handling vendor data (eligibility, billing, integrations)
– Understanding of financial processes related to benefits, including budgeting, accruals, and invoice reconciliation
– Proactive, self-motivated approach with problem-solving skills
– High attention to detail and strong instincts for data accuracy
– Comfortable working with cross-functional teams such as HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors
– Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
