What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Care & Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for families seeking cremation and end‑of‑life services. You’ll guide them with compassion, explain their choices, and help them feel informed and supported. Your responsibilities include:
• Answering inbound calls with empathy and professionalism
• Identifying families’ needs and clearly explaining available services
• Leading prospects through a thoughtful, structured sales process
• Following up with families through calls, texts, and emails
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service
• Updating lead progress in internal systems and CRM platforms
• Participating in regular team check‑ins and sharing insights
• Staying organized and flexible in a fast‑paced remote setting

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking driven, empathetic sales professionals with excellent communication abilities. Ideal candidates have:
• At least 2 years of consumer sales experience (required); customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong spoken and written English skills (required)
• Reliable internet and a dependable computer setup (required)
• A clear, compassionate, and persuasive communication style
• Strong organizational skills and comfort using CRMs and VoIP systems
• A quiet, distraction‑free home workspace
