Ever wondered how ads on TikTok, Google, or Amazon actually work? Want to gain hands-on global business experience before graduating?

Join Aleph’s Global Sales Internship Program — a one-month immersive experience where you’ll shadow local sales teams, tackle real business tasks, and connect virtually with interns across four continents.

This isn’t a classroom — it’s your first step into the real world of digital advertising, guided by professionals behind some of the industry’s biggest campaigns.

What You’ll Do

– Observe experienced sales professionals during meetings, calls, and client interactions
– Understand how global platforms are marketed and managed locally
– Participate in weekly virtual training with Aleph’s sales enablement team
– Engage in global group discussions with fellow interns
– Complete a Capstone Project tailored to your market and present it to company leaders
– Receive mentorship and feedback from local industry experts

What You’ll Learn

– Sales skills: prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
– How platforms like TikTok and Google collaborate with advertisers
– CRM systems, sales analytics, and managing client relationships
– Cross-cultural communication and remote teamwork
– Ethical sales practices and professionalism in global business

Where You’ll Work

– At your local Aleph office, where you will:
– Collaborate with real sales teams in your city
– Join live virtual sessions with peers and leaders from LATAM, Africa, APAC, MENAT, and Europe
– Learn how global brands adapt to different markets

Who Should Apply?

– Young, driven individuals eager to gain global experience
– Current students or recent grads in business, marketing, communications, or similar fields
– Passionate about digital media, advertising, sales, or international business
– Fluent in English
– Curious, flexible, and ready to learn through hands-on experience
– Available full-time in July 2025 to work at your local Aleph office
