Responsibilities:

– Manage and review assigned cases within set service levels, advising stakeholders on appropriate actions.
– Keep an up-to-date escalation log and ensure timely resolution of all escalated matters.
– Maintain a log for client off-boarding and assist in the off-boarding process as needed.
– Escalate cases with suspicious elements or those requiring guidance to team leads and relevant MLROs.
– Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the quality, consistency, and accuracy of SARs.
– Demonstrate proficiency in compliance tools such as Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic, Kodex, World-Check, etc.
– Possess strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and standards relevant to compliance, with familiarity in upcoming virtual currency regulations being a plus.
– Take part in internal and external training programs related to AML/CTF and other relevant areas.
– Perform general administrative and related tasks as needed to support the above responsibilities in line with company requirements.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
– 3–5 years of experience in investigations, including SAR filing, or related audit/regulatory roles in financial institutions or fintech firms.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment with minimal guidance.
– Strong attention to detail and a proactive, high-standard work ethic.
– Excellent communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills.
