Lyra Health is hiring a Global Learning and Development Operations Coordinator to provide essential operational support during U.S. time zones and help manage increasing coordination needs.
This position plays a key role in upholding service standards, optimizing resource use, and ensuring seamless operational delivery for our clients.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home and attend the Lyra Central America office in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities
• Resource Bookings & Administrative Support
• Secure suitable and cost-effective resources for L&D events within required deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to the Global L&D team, ensuring training logistics run smoothly.
Data & Information Management
• Accurately document event bookings, financial processes, and resource usage in Lyra systems.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, global teams, and sales partners.
Systems & Client Support
• Manage client access to Lyra Learning Systems when needed.
• Offer basic technical assistance to clients using L&D platforms.

Requirements
• Education: Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years in administrative support, event coordination, or L&D operations.
• Location: Must reside in Mexico.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility: Must be available for international meetings outside typical work hours. Standard hours must align with U.S. time zones.
