Partner Program Manager

The Global Program Manager, Partner Marketing, collaborates closely with the marketing leads of one of our major tech clients. This role is responsible for tracking and executing GenAI-related campaigns across OEM and Channel partners, while coordinating content approvals for campaign use. The position also involves supporting the review, localization, and approval of marketing assets across various formats (such as video, social media, retail, out-of-home, blogs, etc.) to ensure campaigns are launch-ready. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn about partner marketing, co-marketing, and scaling GenAI initiatives.

Responsibilities

– Oversee project management to ensure timely delivery of global co-marketing initiatives
– Coordinate with partners and marketing teams to manage asset review and approval processes
– Maintain timelines and clear communication with all stakeholders
– Ensure all assets comply with approval workflows and brand guidelines
– Provide timely and clear creative feedback to partners across different time zones
– Support localization of partner assets across multiple languages and regions, working with local teams
– Manage asset organization and accessibility for the team
– Drive operational improvements and encourage adoption of best practices across teams

Qualifications

Required:

– Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage both technical and non-technical audiences
– Proven project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
– Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
– Experience collaborating with agencies and vendors
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)

Preferred Skills:

– Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and effective at time management

Ideal Candidate Will:

– Have experience working with phone OEMs and/or telecom companies, with a solid understanding of the mobile smartphone industry
– Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and managing multiple projects at once
– Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to review marketing content for accuracy and provide constructive feedback
– Have academic or professional background in marketing, advertising, business, journalism, or communications (ideally with a degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience)
– Be familiar with digital marketing tools and strategies
