We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our Global Payins Operations Team. This role is essential for shaping the future of our payment operations by leading major initiatives that connect teams, align global processes, and deliver a seamless experience for merchants and partners.

What will I be doing?
• Lead strategic internal projects that influence global Payins operations, collaborating across regions and departments.
• Align teams by establishing and promoting global standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Work with external partners such as processors, card schemes, and service providers to implement scalable solutions.
• Monitor and enhance performance through data‑driven improvements.
• Support change management to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, workflows, and integrations.
What skills do I need?
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting, ideally in fintech, payments, or tech.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• A structured, analytical mindset that brings clarity in ambiguous or evolving situations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to work across multiple teams and time zones.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in fast‑growing, high‑paced environments where adaptability is essential.
• Knowledge of card‑not‑present payments and familiarity with network tokenization, 3DS, and routing optimization is a plus.
