About the Role:
As the Global HR Program Manager, you will lead a variety of HR initiatives, including compensation, performance, and employee development. You’ll manage impactful projects aimed at improving systems, optimizing workflows, and driving meaningful change.

Your Mission at Aircall:

– Lead strategic global HR programs, including design, implementation, communication, and compliance, ensuring they align with market standards. Areas include onboarding, performance management, and development.
– Oversee U.S.-specific HR initiatives, ensuring development, implementation, and compliance with local regulations and policies, including audits and policy adaptations.
– Drive the implementation and enhancement of HR technologies (e.g., ATS, HRIS, performance and compensation tools) to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience.
– Manage key HR vendor relationships, including PEOs, benefits providers (e.g., 401k/pension), and HR tech partners, ensuring high-quality service and compliance.

Experience:

– Proven experience managing global HR programs.
– Familiarity with HR and AI tools.
– Multilingual abilities are a plus.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
– Excellent organizational skills for working across time zones.
– Outstanding communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

– 7+ years of HR experience or equivalent qualifications.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
– Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR or similar).
– Preferred: Experience in tech and multinational environments.

Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 annually

This does not include bonuses, equity, or additional benefits. The final offer will consider your skills, experience, and qualifications.
