We’re looking to strengthen our Purple team with a new colleague for the position of Global Support Representative. We need someone who isn’t afraid of technical challenges, enjoys making sense of things, and is ready to roll up their sleeves when things get a bit tangled. This role is a great entry point into the world of trading, fintech, and customer support.
You can expect a mix of technical support, client document verification (KYC), and cross-team communication—so routine won’t be an issue here. Experience isn’t required—we’re more interested in your willingness to learn, your ability to stay calm under pressure, and your knack for clear and reassuring communication.
Fluency in English is essential—our clients and part of the team are international. You’ll need to feel confident using English at a strong B2 or ideally C1 level.
Our base is in Brno, and since the best way to learn is hands-on and from experienced colleagues, you’ll need to be in the office with us. The working hours for this role are fixed: 9 AM to 5 PM.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
– Assisting clients who need help—via chat or email (Zendesk will be your daily tool)
– Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying where things went wrong (in the platform or between the lines)
– Explaining what happened to clients and translating complex topics into simple language
– Reviewing and processing client documents (KYC), ensuring accuracy
– Collaborating with other teams on more complex cases
– Working systematically and with attention to detail—documentation matters, and while we’re not a typical corporation, we don’t do chaos
– Occasionally handling requests from affiliate partners (IBs) when things fall outside the usual process
– Staying up to date on products, processes, and company changes
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
– Excellent English (at least strong B2, ideally C1)—no certificate needed, but you must be communicative
– Basic technical skills—ideally some experience with tech support or troubleshooting
– Willingness to learn—things change quickly, so you’ll need to keep up
– A responsible and reliable approach—you know your work impacts both the team and clients
– Patience—you can stay calm and be a steady hand when clients are unsure
– Comfort with working hours from 9 to 5
– Interest in the world of trading—you don’t need to be a trader, but curiosity helps
