We’re hiring a Global Recruiter to join our vibrant, international Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time temporary position for a minimum of six months.

What you’ll be doing:

– Contribute to global talent attraction and recruitment strategies across more than 100 countries.
– Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent strategies aligned with our global vision.
– Support change management efforts, ensuring our teams remain agile and aligned with organizational shifts.
– Advise hiring managers with strategic insights to guide talent decisions.
– Analyze market trends and talent pools to provide actionable insights.
– Work with HR, Finance, and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and identify talent gaps.
– Promote fair, inclusive, and innovative hiring practices.
– Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and measure success.
– Partner with global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to foster an agile, candidate-focused recruitment experience.

What you’ll need:

– At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or talent management, preferably in fast-paced, global settings.
– Demonstrated success in driving change and aligning talent strategies with evolving business needs.
– Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
– Fluent in English.
– Solid understanding of global talent trends.
– Experience working across diverse geographies and cultures.
– Strategic and hands-on approach to talent planning and execution.
– A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
