We’re currently seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape our brand’s visual identity by producing engaging, high-quality marketing materials for various platforms and markets. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals that connect with our audience.

What you’ll be doing:

– Social Media: Design eye-catching visuals, illustrations, and animations for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
– Website: Create and update graphics, landing pages, banners, and other assets to support digital campaigns.
– Content Marketing: Develop visuals for blog posts, infographics, white papers, and case studies.
– Email Marketing: Design attractive email templates and graphics for newsletters and campaigns.
– Events: Create signage and promotional materials for events.
– Sales Enablement: Design slide decks, one-pagers, and other tools to support the sales team.
– Brand Management: Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
– Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts from idea to execution.

What you’ll bring:

– Experience: Around 3–4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B or SaaS setting.
– Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills.
– Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Familiarity with AI tools like Canva. Experience with Figma and/or video editing is a plus.
– Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of design principles, prepress, typography, color theory, layout, and animation.
– Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with tools like Asana or Monday is a plus.
– Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present design ideas.
– Team Spirit: A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
