Join us in shaping and managing Qonto’s Group Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) oversight function. You’ll help standardize risk mapping, policies, and procedures, and oversee sensitive KYC/KYB cases across our European markets, ensuring full regulatory compliance and supporting our licensing goals.
Our AML/CFT framework has two levels:

This role is part of Level 2, with a group-wide scope.
As a Group AFC Oversight Officer, you will:
– Lead the annual Group AFC risk taxonomy and mapping process, consolidating input from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Belgium, and documenting regulatory rationale.
– Manage AFC policies and procedures, ensuring alignment between local needs and group standards.
– Coordinate cross-market governance through forums and committees, ensuring clear documentation and timely follow-ups.
– Define and improve KYC/KYB sensitive-case governance, including decision criteria, escalation paths, SLAs, and tracking.
What to expect:
– Be part of the first Group-level AFC oversight team supporting Qonto’s European growth.
– Work closely with local AFC, Risk, AML Ops, and Legal teams in a cross-market, English-first environment.
– Enjoy autonomy and make a tangible impact by streamlining decisions and improving process efficiency.
– Create clear, auditable documentation that enhances consistency and transparency.
– Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment focused on regulatory readiness.
