Responsibilities

– Drive user growth by designing and implementing effective growth strategies and campaigns.
– Plan and manage email marketing initiatives, including promotional emails, newsletters, and automated messages.
– Conduct data analysis to build frameworks for monitoring user growth, assess strategy effectiveness, and support business expansion.
– Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, etc.
– Analyze campaign data to extract insights that improve return on investment and campaign scalability.
– Work closely with product, design, and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
– Organize both online and offline lead generation and customer acquisition efforts, including events, partnerships, and promotions.
– Research and analyze competitor trends and market data to inform strategy and apply relevant insights to the crypto/blockchain space.

Requirements

– Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential for coordination with international teams and stakeholders.
– A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
– At least 3 years of experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns.
– Strong grasp of branding, performance marketing, and data analytics.
– Demonstrated success in managing paid social campaigns with clear ROI.
– Experience in digital marketing, either in an agency or in-house setting, is preferred.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Photoshop, and familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics.
– A user-focused mindset with a strong interest in product development.
– Knowledge of blockchain or fintech is a plus.
– Strong focus on meeting KPIs and deadlines.
