Join us as a Growth Ops Product Manager to help scale our accounting channel into a powerful revenue stream. You’ll enhance the efficiency of our accountant partnerships from acquisition to engagement.

Working closely with Alexandre (Head of Growth Ops) and cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape the systems and processes that make our accounting partnerships a key growth driver for Qonto.

As a Growth Ops Product Manager, you will:
– Lead the identification, design, development, and implementation of internal tools to automate and streamline the accounting partner funnel.
– Pinpoint high-impact issues and develop cost-effective solutions.
– Coordinate efforts across Engineering, Operations, Business, and Senior Management to drive innovation and value.
– Spearhead the creation of a partner relationship management system to revolutionize third-party collaboration.
– Own the roadmap for the accountant channel, working independently with stakeholders across departments.
– Be hands-on—build proof-of-concepts, analyze data, create AI tools, collaborate with sales, and solve operational issues.

About your future manager:
Alexandre, Head of Growth Ops, has over four years of experience at Qonto. He progressed from Lead Growth Ops to leading a 20-person team. Previously, he was a Data Product Manager at sennder and co-founded a legal tech startup. His expertise lies at the intersection of growth, data, and technology.

He brings a deep understanding of how technical roles drive business success and is passionate about using technology and GenAI to scale marketing efforts effectively.
