Restaurant365 is hiring a Senior Manager (GTM) to join its dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis team. This role goes beyond traditional finance, sitting at the crossroads of Go-To-Market Strategy, Financial Planning, and Strategic Finance. It plays a key role in driving revenue growth and accelerating business performance while contributing to the development of a top-tier finance organization.

As the GTM Finance leader, you’ll serve as a strategic financial advisor to the Sales and Marketing teams. Working closely with C-level and senior executives, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that drive high-impact decisions. How You’ll Contribute:

Strategic Leadership

– Collaborate with executive Finance and GTM leaders to enhance sales efficiency, marketing ROI, and channel effectiveness
– Lead a high-performing team to improve month-end close processes and executive reporting
– Oversee annual planning for all GTM functions, shaping financial strategies for growth

Revenue Impact

– Serve as the expert on GTM KPIs, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and revenue metrics
– Identify growth opportunities through in-depth analysis of the sales funnel, marketing attribution, and pricing
– Support product and pricing strategies with advanced financial modeling and competitive analysis

Operational Excellence

– Deliver critical reporting with accuracy and speed, including variance analysis, forecasting, and strategic reviews
– Develop and refine financial models to guide GTM decision-making and resource planning
– Create executive dashboards and reports that offer real-time insights into performance metrics, including Board-level reporting
– Tackle complex business questions through ad hoc analysis

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

– 5–8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in SaaS/software, with leadership experience
– Demonstrated success partnering with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations) to drive strategic outcomes
– Strong ability to interpret data and identify business drivers and growth opportunities
– Expertise in building planning and forecasting models that inform business strategy
– Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex financial concepts into compelling narratives
– A proactive mindset focused on process improvement and team efficiency
– Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Intacct, Adaptive, Domo, Gong, or experience using AI in finance workflows
