We’re seeking a talented and adaptable Content Writer to join our Consumer Marketing Content & Creative Strategy team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in creating daily communications that encourage member sign-ups, healthcare visits, and continued engagement with our services.

Beyond excellent writing skills, we’re looking for someone who can think holistically about the member experience—connecting messages across various channels and touchpoints while maintaining a consistent and thoughtful tone. You’ll develop clear, persuasive content that supports members in achieving better health outcomes and strengthens our position as a trusted healthcare partner.

From onboarding emails and campaign landing pages to printed flyers distributed at events, you’ll ensure every piece of communication is cohesive, on-brand, and impactful.

You’ll collaborate closely with content strategists, designers, and cross-functional teams—including clinical and product partners—to produce compelling content across multiple platforms that meets members where they are and inspires them to take action.

Responsibilities:

– Create, edit, and proofread engaging content for member communications, including:
– Emails and digital campaigns
– Web pages and paid search ads
– Social media posts and paid advertisements
– SEO articles and educational content
– Flyers, mailers, and event materials
– Webinar promotions and scripts
– How-to guides and video scripts
– Customize messaging based on audience, channel, and performance insights
– Work with content strategists, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring campaigns to life
– Participate in content planning, brainstorming sessions, and creative reviews
– Ensure all content is accurate, brand-aligned, and meets legal and compliance standards
– Continuously improve content based on analytics and feedback

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
– 3–5 years of professional writing experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or tech
– A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of digital and print content
– Ability to write clearly, persuasively, and with a human touch, with strong attention to detail
– Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
– Able to adapt priorities and meet tight deadlines when needed
– Experience using content to achieve business goals such as conversions, education, or retention
– Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and user-centered content design is a plus
– Passion for health equity, accessibility, and simplifying complex information

Compensation:

The base salary range for new hires in the U.S. varies by geographic zone:

– Zone A: $73,700 – $95,810 + equity + benefits
– Zone B: $81,070 – $105,391 + equity + benefits
– Zone C: $88,440 – $114,972 + equity + benefits
– Zone D: $95,810 – $124,553 + equity + benefits

Final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, internal equity, and market data. Your recruiter can provide more information about your geographic zone.
