• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, literature reviews, and more, on diverse healthcare topics
• Manage projects and help maintain project-based client relationships
• Monitor federal and state legislation and regulatory developments and assess the potential impact of proposed policies
• Prepare written summaries, white papers, and presentations offering strategic guidance to clients
• Use subject expertise, attention to detail, and strong proofreading and layout skills to develop client deliverables
• Help communicate how policy changes may affect clients’ businesses and priorities
• Work independently and collaboratively across teams to support project development and delivery
• Draft scopes of work and collaborate with teams using your policy expertise

About You
• Degree in a relevant field such as health policy, public policy, healthcare management, public health, public administration, economics, business, law, or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas
• Experience managing projects
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented, solutions-focused mindset
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience, which may include roles in government agencies, Capitol Hill, trade groups, law firms, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, think tanks, or advocacy organizations
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and/or Medicare Part D is preferred
• Ability to quickly and effectively analyze policy proposals, legislation, or regulations and communicate findings to stakeholders

All applications must include a cover letter and a response to the writing prompt below. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through March 28, 2025.
