Role Summary:
This position combines CRM development and client relationship management. You’ll be responsible for building, refining, and scaling our Go High Level (GHL) platform while also managing key athlete accounts. Primary Responsibilities:
– Design, customize, and manage GHL workflows, automations, and pipelines tailored to athletes’ unique needs.
– Act as the main point of contact for athlete clients—ensuring they feel supported, informed, and engaged.
– Keep up with GHL updates and marketing automation trends; regularly test and apply new features.
– Work closely with the founder to influence product strategy, direction, and service delivery.
– Identify and resolve CRM issues to improve efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
– Contribute to shaping the client journey—from onboarding through ongoing support and system optimization.
Requirements:
– Strong hands-on experience with Go High Level—be prepared to showcase your work.
– Background in startups or small business environments.
– Excellent communication skills and a talent for building strong client relationships.
– Self-driven, well-organized, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.
– A passion for sports or experience as a student-athlete is a big plus.
Bonus Skills:
– Familiarity with digital marketing, funnels, or social media strategy.
– Experience using tools like Zapier, Slack, Calendly, Stripe, etc.
– An eye for design or experience with branding tools (not required, but a nice bonus).
