About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who excels in fast‑moving, high‑volume environments and can operate both strategically and tactically. You’ll execute large‑scale hiring flawlessly while continuously improving our processes.
You’ll lead recruitment for large cohorts, filling dozens or even hundreds of roles at once, earning trust through data, insights, and consistent results. If you can move quickly without losing strategic focus and adapt seamlessly to change, you’ll be a great fit.
In this role you will:
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment for multiple high‑volume hiring cohorts
• Manage pipelines with hundreds of active candidates across different stages
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand changing needs and adjust strategies quickly
• Monitor and report on funnel performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health
• Identify issues or inefficiencies in existing recruitment workflows
• Build and roll out scalable improvements that increase speed while maintaining a great candidate experience
• Experiment with new channels, screening techniques, and automation to streamline each hiring sprint
• Keep hiring managers, operations teams, and leadership updated on progress
• Adapt swiftly when business priorities shift, adjusting goals and timelines
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding
What you’ll bring:
• 3+ years of recruiting experience with strong results in high‑volume hiring (100–150+ hires per year)
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong project management skills and comfort working through ambiguity
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Skill in solving complex challenges and collaborating with leaders to meet shared hiring goals
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bilingualism in French and English is a strong advantage
