What you’ll do as part of the Cookie Crew:

– Greet customers and take orders following our procedures
– Help guests navigate the menu and confirm orders
– Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone
– Bake cookies and serve ice cream
– Package and send out accurate, warm delivery orders
– Handle payments with accuracy
– Keep the bakery clean and sanitized

Preferred skills and experience:

– Previous customer service experience is a plus
– Friendly, authentic, and outgoing personality
– Motivated and driven attitude
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Must be 18 or older
– Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
