As a member of our Cookie Crew, you’ll be the face of Insomnia—greeting customers, taking orders, and baking our signature warm, delicious cookies!

As a Cookie Crew Member, you’ll:
– Greet customers and take orders following company procedures
– Help guests navigate the menu and confirm orders for accuracy
– Provide friendly service in person and over the phone
– Bake cookies and scoop ice cream to perfection
– Package and send out accurate, warm delivery orders quickly
– Handle payments with accuracy
– Keep the bakery clean and sanitized

Preferred Skills & Experience:
– 6+ months in a customer service role (preferred)
– Friendly, outgoing, and authentic personality
– Strong focus on customer satisfaction
– Excellent communication, organization, and math skills
– Able to lift up to 40 lbs
– Must be 18 or older
– Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
