Job Requirements:
– We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Operations Associate with a specialization in Background Verification (BGV) to join our vibrant HR team. This position plays a key role in upholding the integrity of our recruitment process and ensuring compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will handle background verification procedures and support broader HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Manage the complete background verification process for both offshore and onshore hires in accordance with company policies.
– Examine and interpret background check reports, identifying and escalating any inconsistencies or concerns.
– Maintain and update internal tracking systems for all verification cases and provide regular metrics.
– Ensure timely completion of background checks with minimal turnaround time.
– Coordinate with verification vendors and monitor adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
– Collaborate with stakeholders for BGV approvals and compliance with standards.
– Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
– Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement, handling assigned responsibilities.
– Participate in audits and compliance reviews to ensure HR practices align with audit requirements.
– Provide support for additional HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HRMS processes as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees and external partners.
– A positive and eager-to-learn attitude.
