Everbridge, a rapidly expanding global provider of SaaS-based critical communication and enterprise safety solutions, is looking for an Implementation Specialist. This role serves as the main point of contact for new clients, analyzing their needs and applying Everbridge’s software solutions accordingly. The position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Hungary.

Please note: Working hours for this role follow U.S. business hours, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM CET, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do:

– Deliver professional implementation and support services to ensure smooth client onboarding.
– Set up and configure new client accounts.
– Adhere to established implementation procedures and help develop new ones for emerging products.
– Train new clients on how to use the platform effectively.
– Support clients throughout the implementation process, offering solutions and guidance.
– Log all client interactions in the Client Care CRM (Salesforce.com).
– Proactively suggest ways for clients to better utilize products and services to reduce future support needs.
– Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project status.
– Understand client use cases to align product features with their business needs.
– Serve as the client’s technical representative within Everbridge.
– Be available occasionally outside regular hours, including weekends, to support during major events (e.g., hurricanes).
– Follow escalation procedures and seek guidance from the Implementation Manager when needed.
– Collaborate with the support team to resolve technical issues during implementation.
– Identify opportunities to improve or create implementation policies and procedures to support company growth.

What You’ll Bring:

– Bachelor’s degree (background in crisis management or industries like Risk Intelligence, Healthcare, Government, Energy, or Higher Education is a plus).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Experience with web-based application setup and user requirement definition is a plus.
– Basic knowledge and experience in project management.
– Ability to quickly grasp and explain technical concepts.
– Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
– A client-focused mindset with a passion for service.
– High motivation and adaptability.
– Strong time management and organizational skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
