At Spark Shipping, we’re hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to join our fully remote team. We’re looking for individuals who are excited about remote work and excel in that setting.

Spark Shipping helps eCommerce retailers automate their supplier integrations. Our platform is essential for many online retailers.

In this role, you’ll manage inbound leads—no cold calling involved—and assess whether Spark Shipping meets their business needs. Leads come through email, chat, and phone. You’ll be responsible for answering questions, giving product demos, and collaborating with the Customer Success Team to onboard new users.

We’ll provide full training on our platform so you can confidently support prospects and customers.

What you’ll do:

– Respond to pre-sales inquiries via email and phone (all inbound)
– Conduct one-on-one product demos (all inbound)
– Qualify high-potential leads and pass them to a Sales Executive
– Support existing users alongside our support team

– Ability to quickly assess a prospect’s goals and determine if Spark Shipping is a fit
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
– Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Requirements:

– 1–3 years of experience in a sales or support role at a B2B SaaS company
– Background in eCommerce
– Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay
– Must reside in North America — applications from outside North America will not be considered
– Previous remote work experience

Bonus points for:

– Experience with multi-channel, inventory/warehouse management, PIM, or Amazon/eBay listing software
– B2B SaaS sales experience
