About the Role – Inside Sales
The Inside Sales team is responsible for selling our products and services to both new and existing clients, as well as growing accounts remotely through phone and digital communication. The main goal is to increase revenue through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
Key Responsibilities
– Make a set number of outbound calls daily to qualify leads and schedule meetings for Sales Representatives.
– Work with sales partners to identify high-potential accounts and act on these insights using available tools.
– Proactively seek out and qualify new leads at the beginning of the sales cycle.
– Ask strategic questions to understand the customer’s needs, decision-making authority, urgency, and budget, and align D&B’s value accordingly.
– Effectively manage time with a focus on prospecting, daily activities, and continuous learning.
Education and Experience
– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Skills and Certifications
– At least 2 years of experience in sales, sales support, client service, or account management.
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
– Familiarity with Dun & Bradstreet solutions.
– Creative thinker who can deliver value and foster customer loyalty.
– Strong execution and time management skills with minimal supervision.
– Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
– Proven success in a fast-paced environment.
– Ownership mindset—proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
– Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through various channels.
Key Stakeholders
– External Clients, Sales Operations, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance, Technology, and Quality Assurance.
