You’ll play a key role in shaping Token Metrics’ voice for a global audience of crypto investors, traders, and enthusiasts.

As the Social Media Intern, you will take charge of our Instagram presence by producing impactful, brand-aligned content, interacting with our audience, and utilizing platform trends to increase visibility. Your efforts will directly support higher user engagement, thought leadership, and brand awareness within the crypto and fintech industries.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and implement a robust Instagram content strategy.
– Produce original posts, reels, and real-time content that aligns with current trends and crypto news.
– Actively engage with our community, influencers, and industry leaders.
– Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, research) to ensure consistent messaging.
– Track performance metrics and refine content weekly for better results.
– Develop a unique, genuine brand voice that connects with the crypto audience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Over 3 years of experience in social media, with a strong emphasis on Instagram.
– In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency or trading.
– Excellent writing skills and familiarity with meme culture.
– Proficiency with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or X Pro.
– Solid grasp of analytics and key performance indicators for social media.
– Quick-thinking, adaptable, and capable of producing timely, trend-driven content daily.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in crypto, Web3, or financial services.
– Background in journalism, content creation, or community engagement.
