We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Education and Media Team at Caseware, a top SaaS company. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective e-learning content that supports the educational needs of both the organization and its users.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including subject matter experts, product managers, developers, marketing, and regional training teams—to produce high-quality learning materials that are accurate and aligned with our business objectives. This role reports directly to the UK EMT Manager.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position.
📍 Location:
This hybrid role is open to applicants who reside in and are eligible to work in the UK. You will be required to work from our Maidstone, UK office three days a week.

What You’ll Do:
– Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning content aligned with learning goals.
– Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to create impactful digital learning solutions.
– Apply UX/UI best practices to create intuitive and visually appealing learning experiences.
– Develop course plans for the online academy, including storyboarding, scripting, and multimedia integration.
– Regularly review and update existing content to ensure it remains accurate and relevant.
– Manage e-learning projects from start to finish, including timelines, resources, and feedback.
– Assist in configuring and managing content on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
– Provide technical support for LMS and e-learning content issues.
– Be open to occasional travel to regional offices and client sites.
What You’ll Bring:
– A bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
– Proven experience in instructional or e-learning design.
– Proficiency with tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, and LMS platforms.
– Knowledge of gamification, course design, didactics, and UX/UI in digital learning.
– Familiarity with instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM and adult learning principles.
– Experience creating interactive modules and multimedia content (videos, graphics, animations).
– Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
– Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Background, certification, or experience in accounting, auditing, or finance (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA).
– Fluency in Dutch and English.
Tech Stack You’ll Use:
– E-learning tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Synthesia, Adobe Captivate, H5P, Camtasia.
– LMS platforms: Experience managing and delivering content via LMS.
– Project management tools: Monday.com, Microsoft Planner, Confluence, Miro.
– Microsoft Office tools for daily tasks and communication.
