What You’ll Do as an Insurance Customer Sales and Service Representative:

You’ll work in a high-volume, fast-paced call center, providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Your role will involve explaining product benefits and services to current and prospective customers, promoting and selling various membership and insurance products to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

– Reinstating insurance policies in line with underwriting guidelines
– Completing insurance and membership applications, endorsements, and updates
– Processing payments at the point of sale
– Making follow-up calls to address customer inquiries or concerns
– Communicating with sales reps, clients, mortgage companies, and others to resolve billing and policy issues
– Efficiently handling policy changes and updates
– Assisting agents with technical and business-related concerns
– Supporting other departments (e.g., Claims, Emergency Roadside, Membership) as needed to ensure excellent service

Training & Work Schedule:

Before your first day, you’ll receive a Microsoft Teams link and dial-in number for virtual orientation.

Week 1 includes system setup, team introductions, an overview of ACG’s mission, and compliance and licensing training.

You’ll then enter a 13–16 week training program combining instructor-led sessions, self-paced learning, and hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Training Schedule:
September 22, 2025 – December 12, 2025
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Attendance is essential for successful completion and continued employment.

Post-Training Production Schedule (starting December 15, 2025):
Choose from three shift patterns:

1. Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST; Sat: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (Thu & Sun off)
2. Mon–Fri: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (Sat & Sun off)
3. Mon–Fri: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST (Sat & Sun off)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Education:
– High school diploma or GED

Experience:
– Strong customer service skills
– Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
– Ability to manage and apply information from various sources
– Experience with financial transactions
– Cross-selling skills

Licensing:
– Active Property & Casualty Insurance license
– May need to obtain additional state licenses depending on the role

Preferred:
– College coursework or relevant certifications

Work Environment:

This is a fully remote call center role. Employees work from home full-time, with the exception of temporary in-office requirements due to technical or service issues.
